Our Head of Sales ran weekly development meetings that completely changed the trajectory of our selling skills, the team's performance, and our careers.I then got recruited by two former Wunderkind colleagues to be the first sales hire at Tropic, where I ultimately got promoted AE > Head of Sales > VP > CRO.
